A suit can look great on a hanger and still feel completely wrong once you put it on. That’s why we pay more attention to the fit than flashy details. Shoulder balance, sleeve length, waist shape, how the jacket moves when you sit down — those are the things people actually notice after wearing a suit for a few hours. If the fit feels off, we’ll keep adjusting it until it feels natural, because honestly, that’s the whole point of going custom in the first place.

The Process

First Order

The first suit is always based on the measurements you send us, so getting those numbers right does matter quite a bit. Usually the fit turns out well the first time, actually better than many people expect. But if something feels a little strange after you try it on — maybe the waist sits too tight or the sleeves feel off — we’ll keep working with you and make the small adjustments needed until the suit feels comfortable naturally.

Alteration

The first time wearing a custom suit is a bit different for everyone. Sometimes the measurements are perfect right away, sometimes you only notice a small issue after actually moving around in it for a few hours. Could be the sleeves feel slightly long, maybe the waist sits tighter than expected after dinner — happens more often than people think, honestly. If anything feels off, just send us a message. Our tailors will talk with you directly and figure out what needs changing. For bigger sizing problems, we’ll remake the suit using updated measurements. If it’s only minor adjustments, you can send the suit back and we’ll handle the alterations here. Shipping is pretty quick these days, so most changes are done within about a week.

Fit Confirmation

Once you feel the fit matches the way you normally like to wear your clothes, we’ll update those measurements across the remaining pieces in your order and lock the sizing in our system. That part actually makes future orders much easier. We keep the adjusted fit on file, so next time there’s already a solid reference instead of starting again from zero. And honestly, even if your body shape changes a little later on, having the old data still helps a lot when making new adjustments.

Future Updates

People’s sizing changes over time, honestly that’s just normal life. Weight changes, gym habits, different ways of dressing… even preferred fit can shift after a few years. If that happens, you can always contact us to update your measurements. Our tailors will help guide you through the process to make sure the new sizing makes sense. Sending a recent photo helps too, since sometimes posture and body shape explain more than numbers alone. We’ll save the updated measurements in your profile so future orders stay easy and consistent. We don’t charge for this because long-term clients matter more to us than one-time orders.

The Policy

  • If the clothes don’t fit, within how many days can they be returned for modification?
    If you find that the clothes don’t fit after receiving them, you can apply for a modification within 60 days from the date of receipt.
  • If I don’t like the style of the clothes, I want to make changes. Can I apply for modifying the clothes?
    If the size of the clothes was determined through joint efforts between you and our team, we will offer a free modification. If the size was requested by you alone without our confirmation, the clothes can still be modified, but the cost will be borne by you.
  • If the clothes don’t fit after receiving them, can I have them altered by a local tailor in our area? And if so, can some of the cost be reimbursed?
    This is also acceptable. However, we only support one modification for reimbursement. Generally, for the first modification of jackets or outerwear, we support a reimbursement of up to $75, and for the first modification of shirts or pants, we support a reimbursement of up to $50. Please follow this procedure: first apply online → then find a tailor for the modification → keep the receipt and photos → submit the reimbursement.
  • I don’t want to look for a local tailor, or I can’t find a local tailor. Could you guys offer some help?
    Sure, we can offer assistance. All you need to do is to make a reservation for a courier, and deliver the package to our provided address. Then we can complete the modification and adjustment. Once it’s confirmed to be correct, we will send it back to you.
  • The “Fit Confirmation” process seems to take quite a lot of time. Can I expedite my order?
    If you are currently in the “Fit Confirmation” process and urgently need the clothes for your order, we can offer a free rush service to ensure that your use is not delayed. We will simultaneously purchase all the necessary fabrics and accessories, and start production immediately after the data is confirmed, so that the order can be delivered as soon as possible.
  • If I send it to you by mail, how long will the modification take?
    It should be possible to complete the modification within approximately 10 days from the date we receive the package.
  • What should I do if one of the clothes I received needs to be re-made?
    In some cases, remaking is indeed the most efficient approach. However, this requires an assessment by our team. First, you need to contact us to submit an application. We will conduct the assessment and inform you of the most efficient method. We do not rule out remaking.
  • What level of customization do you offer?
    The customization we offer can generally be described as tailor-made, which involves making the clothing pattern based on the data you provide, such as your bust size and waist size, one pattern for each person. Then, the production is carried out according to the fabric you choose. If you require a higher level of customization, such as hand-stitching, please contact us for a separate quotation.
  • I would like to cancel the order or request a return and refund.
    Please contact us first. Because after you place the order, we will purchase the fabric. If you want to cancel the order, the cost of the fabric will need to be deducted. Since it is a custom product and has already been produced, and it is not a quality issue arising from our side, we are very sorry but we do not accept refunds.
